Eligibility Criteria
1.1. The Gapped Online Limited Promotional Car Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Car Giveaway”) is open exclusively to individuals who are legal residents of jurisdictions where such giveaways are not prohibited by applicable local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, or ordinances, and who have attained the age of majority in their country of residence, which is typically eighteen (18) years or older, or the legal age for participating in promotions in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The entrant must also possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts as determined by the jurisdiction in which they reside.
1.2. The Promotional Car Giveaway is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, statutes, and regulations, including but not limited to gambling, privacy, tax, and competition laws.
1.3. Proof of age, identity, and residency (e.g., government-issued identification) will be required, and failure to provide such documentation upon request will result in the disqualification of the entry, voiding of any potential Prize allocation, and exclusion from the Promotional Car Giveaway. The Sponsor (as defined below) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant by requesting additional information or documentation as deemed necessary.
1.4. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, or independent contractors of Gapped Online Limited (the Sponsor), their affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons residing in the same household are exclusively prohibited from participating in the Promotional Car Giveaway.
1.5. Any individual who fails to meet the eligibility criteria or is found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be permanently disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. -
Entry Methods
2.1. Participants may enter the Promotional Car Giveaway through the following methods: a) Free Entry: By downloading the Gapped Online application and completing the necessary registration steps, including but not limited to providing a valid email address and creating a user account. b) Paid Subscription (Pro Tier Subscription): Subscribers to the Gapped Online app’s Pro Tier service, which includes access to premium features, will be awarded 1,000 entries upon paying for the Pro Tier subscription. Subscribers will receive an additional 1,000 entries each subsequent calendar month upon automatic renewal of the subscription, unless canceled by the subscriber through the respective Apple or Android device settings. c) Store Purchases: Every eligible product available on the Gapped Online website (https://gapped.shop) or through the mobile application shall be assigned a clearly defined entry value, which will be applied to the purchaser’s account as entries. d) Social Media Sharing: Free additional entries may be earned by sharing specified Instagram posts via the Gapped Online app.
2.2. Gapped Points and entries are used interchangeably. For clarity, entries are the unit of measure used for participation in the Promotional Car Giveaway, and entries are awarded through the methods outlined above.
2.3. In instances where a purchase is made via the Gapped Online website (https://gapped.shop) and the customer’s details are found within the Gapped Online Application Database, the relevant entries will be applied to the customer’s account within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
2.4. Non-app users who make purchases from the Gapped Online website (https://gapped.shop) will be logged separately, and entries from such purchases will be manually recorded in an internal tracking spreadsheet for auditing purposes.
2.5. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer limited-time promotions and entry multipliers (e.g., 3x entries for store purchases) during specific promotional periods. These promotional periods will be clearly announced via the Gapped Online app and its associated communication channels. - Prize Details & Winner Responsibilities. 3.1. The winner of the Promotional Car Giveaway will receive the vehicle described in the promotional materials associated with the current Promotional Car Giveaway period (the Prize). 3.2. The winner may, at their sole discretion, opt to receive a cash alternative in the amount of £X, which shall be determined by the Sponsor at the time of the Promotional Car Giveaway and will reflect the current market value of the Prize. 3.3. The Prize is awarded as-is, and no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, are provided by the Sponsor in relation to the Prize. The winner shall be solely responsible for any and all additional costs associated with the Prize, including but not limited to taxes, registration, insurance, maintenance, title fees, and any modifications or customizations that the winner may elect to make to the Prize. 3.4. Should the winner elect not to accept the Prize for any reason, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to offer any alternative prize or compensation beyond the stated cash alternative. 3.5. The Prize is non-transferable, and in the event that the winner declines the Prize, it shall be offered to an alternate winner as part of a redraw process outlined in Section 4.

Winner Selection, Notification & Redraw Policy. 4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a verifiable selection method, which may include a third-party auditor. 4.2. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected winner via email and telephone (if provided). The winner must respond and accept the Prize within seven (7) days of initial contact. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner via a redraw. 4.3. If the selected winner fails to claim the Prize within the specified timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to redraw and select an alternate winner. This process may continue until an eligible winner claims the Prize. 4.4. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, failures, or non-delivery of notifications, or for any winner failing to check their email or voicemail messages.
4.5. The Promotional Car Giveaway began on 11th March 2025 and will officially close at at 11:59 PM (GMT) on 31st May 2025. The winner will be drawn within fourteen (14) days of the closing date, and the selection process will be conducted in accordance with the methods described in Section 4.1. - Refund, Cancellation & Entry Adjustments. 5.1. In the event that a purchase contributing to entries is refunded, any entries corresponding to the refunded transaction shall be deducted proportionally from the entrant’s total entry count. 5.2. If a chargeback occurs with respect to a purchase, the entrant’s entries shall be immediately canceled, and the entrant may be disqualified from participating in future Promotional Car Giveaways, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 5.3. Subscription-based entries shall remain valid unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date, in which case entries associated with the canceled subscription will not be renewed or carried forward to the subsequent calendar month.
- General Conditions. 6.1. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotional Car Giveaway at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that may compromise the fairness, integrity, or security of the Promotional Car Giveaway. 6.2. By participating in the Promotional Car Giveaway, entrants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without any further compensation. 6.3. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any technical issues that may occur, including but not limited to system failures, network interruptions, or incorrect entries due to human error. 6.4. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
- Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution 7.1. The Promotional Car Giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 7.2. Any disputes or claims arising from the Promotional Car Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and the entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. 7.3. By participating in the Promotional Car Giveaway, entrants waive any claims against the Sponsor and release the Sponsor from any liability arising from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize awarded.
