1. Free Postal Entry
No Gapped account is required to use the Free Postal Entry route.
A free postal Entry must be personally handwritten by the Entrant and sent through ordinary first- or second-class post, or an equivalent normal-rate postal service.
Hand delivery is not accepted. No premium or special-delivery postal service is required.
2. How to Send Your Entry
Each postal Entry must be sent as one separate postal item.
You may use either:
- a postcard; or
- a sealed envelope containing the handwritten Entry information on a postcard.
If an envelope is used, the outer envelope only needs to be correctly addressed to Gapped. The Competition name or identifier does not need to appear on the outside.

3. What Your Entry Must Include
Each postal Entry must clearly and legibly contain all of the following:
- your full first name and surname;
- your date of birth;
- your full residential address, including town/city, postcode and country;
- a contact telephone number;
- an actively monitored email address;
- the wording “GAPPED GIVEAWAY #11 – Free Entry Request”; and
- exactly one Lap Time Prediction in the format 00:00.000.
Your Prediction must fall within the permitted Prediction range, including the exact Slow Reference Time and exact Fast Reference Time. A postal Prediction outside that permitted range is invalid, and Gapped is not required to contact you to obtain a correction.
4. Multiple Free Entries
One postal item constitutes a maximum of one postal Entry.
Multiple Predictions, or multiple cards bundled together or sent together as one postal item, do not create multiple free Entries.
You may submit multiple postal Entries without a separate overall postal-entry cap, provided every Entry is separately posted and independently complies with the Competition-Specific Terms.
A signature is not required.
5. Postage and Delivery
Postage and ordinary postal costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
You are responsible for allowing sufficient delivery time.
6. Closing Date and Early Closure
The Competition is scheduled to close on 15 November 2026 at 23:59 CET, but may close earlier if the Maximum Paid Entrant threshold of 5,999 unique Paid Entrants is reached.
If the Competition closes at its scheduled Closing Date, your postal Entry must be physically received by Gapped before the Closing Date. The date of posting does not determine entry.
If the Competition closes early because the Maximum Paid Entrant threshold is reached, a limited twenty-four (24) hour postal grace period applies to postal items already in transit. A postal item physically received by Gapped within twenty-four (24) hours after that early Closing Date may be treated as timely if it otherwise complies with the Competition-Specific Terms.
Winner determination will not be finalised until any applicable postal grace period has expired and timely received postal submissions have been processed.
7. Processing and Confirmation
A postal submission received within the applicable time becomes a valid Entry only after Gapped processes it and determines that it complies with the Competition-Specific Terms.
Timely physical receipt preserves the submission’s timing eligibility even if processing takes place later.
For each valid postal Entry processed, Gapped will send confirmation to the email address supplied. Where several valid postal Entries from the same Entrant are processed together, Gapped may combine confirmation in one email.
8. Invalid, Illegible or Non-Compliant Entries
Gapped is not required to notify an Entrant that a postal submission is invalid or rejected.
Postal submissions may be rejected if they are incomplete, illegible, ambiguous, damaged or otherwise non-compliant.
Gapped is not responsible for postal loss, delay, fading, smudging or damage outside its reasonable control.
9. Postal Entry Records and Address Changes
Postal submissions become part of Gapped’s Competition records and will not be returned.
If Gapped’s postal address must change after the Competition opens because of a genuine operational issue, Gapped may publish a replacement address through one or more Official Gapped Channels and will, where reasonably possible, continue to honour compliant Entries already sent to the original address.
Gapped will not materially restrict or remove the Free Postal Entry route after the Competition opens except where required by law or by a genuinely unavoidable operational issue.
10. Terms and Eligibility
By submitting an Entry, you confirm that you satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the Competition-Specific Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions.
The Competition is open only to individuals whose participation in this type of skill-based competition is lawful in their country or jurisdiction of residence. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and must satisfy any higher applicable minimum age.

1. Kostenlose postalische Teilnahme
Für die kostenlose postalische Teilnahme ist kein Gapped-Konto erforderlich.
Eine kostenlose postalische Teilnahme muss vom Teilnehmer persönlich handschriftlich ausgefüllt und per gewöhnlicher Post erster oder zweiter Klasse beziehungsweise einem gleichwertigen normalen Postdienst versendet werden.
Eine persönliche Abgabe ist nicht zulässig. Ein Premium- oder Spezialversand ist nicht erforderlich.
2. Versand Ihrer Teilnahme
Jede postalische Teilnahme muss als separate Postsendung versendet werden.
Sie können entweder:
- eine Postkarte verwenden; oder
- einen verschlossenen Umschlag verwenden, der die handschriftlichen Teilnahmeangaben auf einer Postkarte enthält.
Bei Verwendung eines Umschlags muss der äußere Umschlag lediglich korrekt an Gapped adressiert sein. Der Name oder die Kennzeichnung des Gewinnspiels muss außen nicht angegeben werden.

3. Erforderliche Angaben
Jede postalische Teilnahme muss klar und leserlich Folgendes enthalten:

- eine Kontakttelefonnummer;
- eine regelmäßig überwachte E-Mail-Adresse;
- den Wortlaut „GAPPED GIVEAWAY #11 – Free Entry Request“; und
- genau eine Rundenzeit-Prognose im Format 00:00.000.
Ihre Prognose muss innerhalb des zulässigen Prognosebereichs liegen, einschließlich der exakten Slow Reference Time und Fast Reference Time. Eine außerhalb dieses Bereichs liegende postalische Prognose ist ungültig; Gapped ist nicht verpflichtet, Sie zur Korrektur zu kontaktieren.
4. Mehrere kostenlose Teilnahmen
Eine Postsendung entspricht höchstens einer postalischen Teilnahme.
Mehrere Prognosen oder mehrere zusammengebündelte beziehungsweise gemeinsam versendete Karten führen nicht zu mehreren kostenlosen Teilnahmen.
Sie dürfen mehrere postalische Teilnahmen ohne gesonderte Gesamtobergrenze für postalische Teilnahmen einreichen, sofern jede Teilnahme separat versendet wird und eigenständig den gewinnspielspezifischen Bedingungen entspricht.
Eine Unterschrift ist nicht erforderlich.
5. Porto und Zustellung
Porto und gewöhnliche Postkosten tragen Sie selbst; sie werden nicht erstattet.
Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, ausreichend Zustellzeit einzuplanen.
6. Schlussdatum und vorzeitige Schließung
Das Gewinnspiel soll am 15. November 2026 um 23:59 CET enden, kann jedoch früher schließen, wenn die Grenze von 5.999 einzigartigen bezahlten Teilnehmern erreicht wird.
Bei planmäßigem Schluss muss Ihre postalische Teilnahme Gapped vor dem Schlussdatum physisch zugegangen sein. Das Absendedatum ist nicht maßgeblich.
Schließt das Gewinnspiel wegen Erreichens der maximalen Zahl bezahlter Teilnehmer vorzeitig, gilt für bereits auf dem Postweg befindliche Sendungen eine begrenzte Nachfrist von vierundzwanzig (24) Stunden. Eine innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach dem vorzeitigen Schluss physisch bei Gapped eingegangene Sendung kann als rechtzeitig behandelt werden, sofern sie im Übrigen den Bedingungen entspricht.
Die Gewinnerermittlung wird erst abgeschlossen, wenn eine gegebenenfalls geltende postalische Nachfrist abgelaufen und die rechtzeitig eingegangenen Einsendungen bearbeitet wurden.
7. Bearbeitung und Bestätigung
Eine innerhalb der geltenden Frist eingegangene postalische Einsendung wird erst dann zu einer gültigen Teilnahme, wenn Gapped sie bearbeitet und festgestellt hat, dass sie den gewinnspielspezifischen Bedingungen entspricht.
Der rechtzeitige physische Eingang wahrt die zeitliche Berechtigung auch dann, wenn die Bearbeitung später erfolgt.
Für jede gültig bearbeitete postalische Teilnahme sendet Gapped eine Bestätigung an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Werden mehrere gültige Einsendungen desselben Teilnehmers gemeinsam bearbeitet, kann Gapped die Bestätigung in einer E-Mail zusammenfassen.
8. Ungültige, unleserliche oder nicht regelkonforme Einsendungen
Gapped ist nicht verpflichtet, einen Teilnehmer darüber zu informieren, dass eine postalische Einsendung ungültig oder abgelehnt wurde.
Postalische Einsendungen können abgelehnt werden, wenn sie unvollständig, unleserlich, mehrdeutig, beschädigt oder anderweitig nicht regelkonform sind.
Gapped haftet nicht für postalischen Verlust, Verzögerung, Verblassen, Verschmieren oder Schäden außerhalb seiner angemessenen Kontrolle.
9. Aufzeichnungen und Adressänderungen
Postalische Einsendungen werden Bestandteil der Gewinnspielunterlagen von Gapped und nicht zurückgesendet.
Muss sich die Postanschrift von Gapped nach Eröffnung des Gewinnspiels aufgrund eines echten betrieblichen Problems ändern, kann Gapped über einen oder mehrere offizielle Gapped-Kanäle eine Ersatzadresse veröffentlichen und wird, soweit angemessen möglich, regelkonforme Einsendungen an die ursprüngliche Adresse weiterhin berücksichtigen.
Gapped wird die kostenlose postalische Teilnahme nach Eröffnung des Gewinnspiels nicht wesentlich einschränken oder entfernen, außer wenn dies gesetzlich vorgeschrieben oder aufgrund eines tatsächlich unvermeidbaren betrieblichen Problems erforderlich ist.
10. Bedingungen und Teilnahmeberechtigung
Mit Ihrer Einsendung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie die geltenden Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllen und an die gewinnspielspezifischen Bedingungen sowie die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gebunden sind.

Aucun compte Gapped n’est nécessaire pour utiliser la voie de participation postale gratuite.
Une participation postale gratuite doit être rédigée personnellement à la main par le participant et envoyée par courrier ordinaire de première ou deuxième classe, ou par un service postal équivalent au tarif normal.
La remise en main propre n’est pas acceptée. Aucun service postal premium ou spécial n’est requis.
2. Comment envoyer votre participation
Chaque participation postale doit être envoyée comme un envoi postal séparé.

4. Plusieurs participations gratuites

5. Affranchissement et livraison

Il vous appartient de prévoir un délai d’acheminement suffisant.
6. Date de clôture et clôture anticipée
Le Concours doit normalement clôturer le 15 novembre 2026 à 23:59 CET, mais peut clôturer plus tôt si le seuil de 5 999 Participants Payants uniques est atteint.
Si le Concours clôture à la date prévue, votre participation postale doit être physiquement reçue par Gapped avant la Date de Clôture. La date d’envoi ne détermine pas la validité de la participation.
Si le Concours clôture plus tôt parce que le seuil maximal de Participants Payants est atteint, une période de grâce postale limitée de vingt-quatre (24) heures s’applique aux envois déjà en transit. Un envoi physiquement reçu par Gapped dans les 24 heures suivant cette clôture anticipée peut être considéré comme reçu à temps s’il respecte par ailleurs les Conditions spécifiques au Concours.
La détermination du gagnant ne sera pas finalisée avant l’expiration de toute période de grâce postale applicable et le traitement des envois reçus à temps.
7. Traitement et confirmation
Un envoi postal reçu dans le délai applicable ne devient une participation valide qu’après son traitement par Gapped et la vérification de sa conformité aux Conditions spécifiques au Concours.
La réception physique dans les délais préserve l’éligibilité temporelle de l’envoi, même si son traitement intervient ultérieurement.
Pour chaque participation postale valide traitée, Gapped enverra une confirmation à l’adresse e-mail fournie. Lorsque plusieurs participations valides du même participant sont traitées ensemble, Gapped peut regrouper leur confirmation dans un seul e-mail.
8. Participations invalides, illisibles ou non conformes
Gapped n’est pas tenu d’informer un participant qu’une participation postale est invalide ou rejetée.
Les participations postales peuvent être rejetées si elles sont incomplètes, illisibles, ambiguës, endommagées ou autrement non conformes.
Gapped n’est pas responsable des pertes postales, retards, décolorations, bavures ou dommages échappant raisonnablement à son contrôle.
9. Conservation des participations et changement d’adresse
Les participations postales font partie des registres du Concours de Gapped et ne seront pas retournées.
Si l’adresse postale de Gapped doit changer après l’ouverture du Concours en raison d’un véritable problème opérationnel, Gapped peut publier une nouvelle adresse via un ou plusieurs Canaux Officiels Gapped et, dans la mesure du raisonnablement possible, continuera d’accepter les participations conformes déjà envoyées à l’ancienne adresse.
Gapped ne supprimera ni ne limitera de manière substantielle la voie de participation postale gratuite après l’ouverture du Concours, sauf lorsque la loi l’exige ou en cas de problème opérationnel réellement inévitable.
10. Conditions et éligibilité
En soumettant une participation, vous confirmez que vous remplissez les conditions d’éligibilité applicables et acceptez d’être lié par les Conditions spécifiques au Concours ainsi que par les Conditions Générales.
Le Concours est ouvert uniquement aux personnes dont la participation à ce type de concours d’adresse est légale dans leur pays ou juridiction de résidence. Les participants doivent être âgés d’au moins dix-huit (18) ans et respecter tout âge minimum supérieur éventuellement applicable.
